The Founder

Amanda Kaeslin is the founder of All In One Legal Support Services LLC, established in 2023. Born in 1998, she is a dedicated paralegal with over a decade of experience in the legal field, having begun her career at an early stage.

Amanda’s professional journey started in Brazil through an apprenticeship program at SBM Offshore do Brasil LTDA, where she supported the in-house legal department with documentation related to the oil and gas industry. While pursuing her law degree in Brazil, she further expanded her experience as a legal intern within the governance department at TAESA S.A., a major player in the energy sector.

In 2020, Amanda relocated to the United States, where she continued her academic development at Baruch College in New York, focusing on Supply Chain, Global Markets, and Compliance, while working at a law firm in Forest Hills, New York, as an Immigration Paralegal. Her commitment to the legal profession led her to Austin, Texas, where she earned her Paralegal certification from the University of Texas at Austin.

Following her certification, Amanda worked as a Compliance Auditor at a large law firm in Texas, gaining valuable experience in regulatory compliance and legal operations. In 2023, she founded All In One Legal Support Services LLC with a clear vision: to provide high-quality, personalized remote paralegal support to solo attorneys and small legal practices.

Amanda is deeply committed to maintaining a boutique approach to her business. Rather than scaling into a large operation, she prioritizes close client relationships and tailored support, ensuring each attorney receives attentive, in-house-style service, with the goal of preserving attorney and client privacy privileges.

She is also actively involved in the legal community, contributing her time through volunteer work with the Texas Paralegal Association.

Amanda has a strong appreciation for Texas and its welcoming environment, which she proudly calls home. In her personal time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband, a Swiss citizen, and their dog, Brisket. Together, they divide their time between Texas, Switzerland, and Brazil, reflecting Amanda’s international background and perspective.
